Since 1995, Jon Zadra has supported the Army’s Chemical Demilitarization Emergency Preparedness Program. His responsibilities include planning, programming, budget building and tracking, and exercise evaluation for emergency preparedness programs. He has 28 years of experience working for strategic programs for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Mr. Zadra received an M.A. in Guidance and Counseling from Troy University in Alabama and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
