Archana Ranginani has worked for over a decade in Java and object-oriented programming and has extensive experience in developing open standards based on interoperable applications for emergency data exchange.

She received a B.S in Computer Science from Gulbarga University, India, and an M.S in Computer Science from Loyola University.
