Since 1996, Leonard Motz has supported the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program for the U.S. Army in cooperation with federal, state, and local governments. He has developed plans, procedures, training, and exercises to prepare for and respond to chemical accidents. He has diverse experience in exercise development, control, and evaluation, including 16 years of emergency response planning experience.

Mr. Motz received an M.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, a B.A. in Chemistry from Claremont-McKenna College, and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University in Alabama.
